JJ's and OSCA (Out of School Childcare Activities)

EYEE -Early Years Education Entitlement is paid directly to the school and will be claimed as soon as your child is eligible - the term after their 3rd birthday. Parents are required to sign a form at nursery at the beginning of each qualifying term. This is paid for 15 hours per week, 38 weeks a year or 12 hours per week for 48 week a year (with a fee of 6 hours per year).

• Childcare Vouchers: Are you taking up your tax free childcare allowance? www.inlandrevenue.gov.uk/childcare. We accept payment via several different voucher companies. Ask your employer if they use a voucher system.
• Extra hours outside stated sessions can be charged in half hours.
• All fees are payable in advance.
• Absences through sickness or holidays will be charged at the normal rate.
• Fees must be paid by the 14th of each month. Late payments will incur interest at 2% per month on any outstanding balance.
• There is a 10% discount for the fourth child who attends the nursery from one family.
• One calendar month's notice in writing or one month's fees in lieu.
• A deposit of £100 to be paid when registering your child. This is returned upon settling your last invoice.
